So, this totally happened while one our trip to the filming locations of the Hunger Games. Based on this video. I’m not in it since I filmed and edited it. Please excuse the derpy editing since though I professionally work with Avid, all I have on my personal laptop is iMovie. :/

I was gonna wait until I could get pics of the costume completed out in the woods, but I’m way too excited that after all the ‘yes, no, yes, no’ of whether or not it’ll happen, it’s gonna happen!!

So I still want to go over the seams in the shirt with a red to fake the red thread used, but I don’t have a good enough red thread at the moment. I also need to wash it like a bajillion times and whether it. Also, the wig needs to be rebraided.

But I still have more accessories to add to this anyway, but here’s the teaser/progress of it now!

I feel awful that I haven’t posted this anywhere yet, because it’s absolutely beautiful! Made by Matt Haynes from a photo for me, it was originally done for something at D*C that I didn’t get to do unfortunately. But at least you can see it here.
